1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Plan Tourz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plan Tourz is a marketplace platform that connects travelers with local drivers and tour guides in Georgia. We facilitate the booking of airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, and guided day tours. Plan Tourz acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (drivers and guides).

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings made through Plan Tourz are subject to availability. Transfer prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person. Tour prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated. Payment is made directly to the driver or guide at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Plan Tourz does not collect payment on behalf of drivers or guides.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount. To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup location, date, time, and number of passengers. You must be present at the designated pickup location at the agreed time. You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers in your booking group.

6. Liability

Plan Tourz acts as a marketplace and is not directly responsible for the services provided by drivers and guides. All drivers on our platform are independently licensed and insured. While we verify all drivers and guides, Plan Tourz is not liable for delays, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during transfers or tours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Plan Tourz, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Plan Tourz and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
